It is a specific type of Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) or ACP where the coating on the aluminum skin is Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) resin.
Core: Typically a low-density polyethylene (LDPE) or mineral-filled core, sandwiched between two aluminum sheets.
Skin: Thin sheets of aluminum (common gauges: 0.2mm to 0.5mm).
Key Differentiator: The PVDF coating (usually with 70% or more PVDF resin) applied as a finish to the aluminum skin. This coating is often applied via a roller coating process (coil coating) before the sheets are formed into panels, ensuring an even and consistent finish.

How to proess:
