Featuring a polyethylene (PE) resin coating over aluminum skins with a polyethylene core, they offer an exceptional balance of affordability, workability, and aesthetic appeal. PE ACP is a sophisticated sandwich panel, engineered in three bonded layers:
Front Aluminum Skin (0.12-0.21mm): Treated and coated with a protective Polyethylene (PE) paint layer.
Core (2.8-4.4mm): A solid polyethylene (PE) plastic layer that provides insulation and allows for deep forming.
Rear Aluminum Skin (0.12-0.21mm): Typically coated with a matching PE layer or a protective coating.
This bonded structure combines the strength and formability of aluminum with the insulation and plasticity of plastic.
PE ACP is the preferred material for:
Interior Architecture: Feature walls, partitions, column covers, ceilings, and柜台 in retail stores, offices, hotels, and homes.
Signage & Advertising: Indoor/outdoor sign faces, light boxes, exhibition stands, POP displays, and directory boards.
Commercial Renovation: Shop fronts, kiosks, booth construction, and fascia for shopping malls.

Weathering Limitation: For permanent, unsheltered building facades (curtain walls) exposed to direct sunlight, rain, and pollution, we strongly recommend upgrading to PVDF-coated ACP. PVDF coating provides superior UV resistance, color retention (15-20+ years), and self-cleaning properties.
Fire Safety: Standard PE ACP has a Class B fire rating. For applications with stricter fire regulations (e.g., high-rise buildings, public spaces), specify Fire-Retardant (FR) Core ACP, which uses a mineral-filled core to achieve a higher safety rating.
