What is PVDF aluminum composite panel? It is a three-layer composite board. Its core structure consists of two layers of aluminum plates sandwiched with a plastic core material (usually PE). The core difference lies in the PVDF fluorocarbon coating applied to the outer surface.
PVDF, scientifically known as polyvinylidene fluoride, is a super weather-resistant fluorocarbon resin.
Key criteria: High-quality PVDF coatings must contain at least 70% PVDF resin, with the rest being acrylic resin, which is used to disperse pigments and enhance adhesion.

PVDF coating is specially designed to cope with extreme outdoor environments. Its main advantage is not "fire resistance", but its ultimate weather resistance.
