Structural Composition

  • Reinforcing Rib: To enhance the strength and rigidity of the aluminum veneer, reinforcing ribs are welded or pasted on the back of the panel. The reinforcing ribs are generally made of aluminum alloy, mostly in the shape of strips or squares, distributed at certain intervals, which can effectively prevent the aluminum veneer from deforming during use.
  • Connecting Components: Including angle codes, screws, nuts, etc., which are used to fix the aluminum veneer air conditioner cover to the wall or the installation position of the air conditioner outdoor unit. The angle codes are usually installed at the four corners or edges of the aluminum veneer and are connected to the wall or installation bracket through screws.

• Fixing with expansion screws and angle irons: First, fix the angle irons on the wall, and then insert the screws into the reserved holes of the aluminum veneer.
