It's a standard ACP (two thin aluminum sheets bonded to a plastic core) where the outer coating is designed to look like real wood.
Structure: Aluminum (0.2mm-0.5mm) + Polyethylene/Mineral Core + Aluminum + Wood-Grain Coating.
Coating Type: The wood effect is achieved through:
PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) Coating: High-performance, durable, UV-resistant. The wood pattern is printed with exceptional realism.
Laminates: A thin film with a wood photo is laminated onto the aluminum.
