Product Overview
This oversized rectangular all-aluminum air cooling heat exchanger is designed for large excavators, heavy loaders, mining machinery, and large road construction equipment turbo intercooling systems. It features a single square flange air inlet/outlet mounted on the top edge of the core frame, with full-edge perforated mounting plates on all four sides. Dense vertical louver turbulent fins are integrally vacuum brazed to form large-flow air channels, efficiently cooling high-temperature compressed air from large-displacement turbo diesel engines during extended heavy-load operations.
