Product Overview
This two-layer stacked black coated aluminum composite heat exchanger features upper and lower superimposed independent cooling cores with separate square flange interfaces. Each layer includes multi-position integrated lifting and fixing lugs on the top and bottom frame. Dense vertical parallel heat exchange fins are vacuum brazed separately for upper and lower flow channels, forming two completely isolated closed circulation loops for simultaneous heat dissipation of power battery packs, drive motors, hydrogen fuel cell stacks, and high-pressure hydraulic systems.
The surface features high-temperature anti-corrosion black electrostatic spraying, resistant to mine dust, muddy water, and temperature alternating impact. Core size, flange aperture, and mounting lug positions support full drawing customization according to vehicle thermal management requirements.
