This single-layer flat aluminum cooling core is specially customized for screw air compressors, featuring left-side centralized multi-tube joint layout and four-corner independent mounting lugs. High-density horizontal straight fins and integral vacuum brazing form separated oil and gas dual runners, enabling one-piece combined cooling of compressor lubricating oil and exhaust air.
Raw aluminum polished finish ensures efficient heat conduction, while the flat thin body adapts to narrow horizontal compressor cabinet layouts. Custom tube caliber and overall outline options are available for different power compressor units.
