This vertical flat all-aluminum cooling core is exclusively designed for horizontal layout screw air compressors. It features three vertically layered fluid ports centralized on the single right-side integrated header, with reserved mounting hole positions distributed along the top edge frame. Dense horizontal straight fins adopt full vacuum integral brazing to form isolated oil and gas dual independent runners, completing one-piece combined cooling of compressor lubricating oil and high-temperature exhaust air.
The slim flat body adapts to the horizontal narrow internal space of horizontal compressors, while the bare aluminum original surface ensures stable heat dissipation efficiency. Port caliber, fin density, and overall height can be customized for horizontal series compressor OEM supporting orders.
