Features of Aludong Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP):
1. Lightweight. Comparing to solid aluminium panels at same thickness, the weight of composite panel is 40% lighter.
2. Smooth surface and consistent color within one batch. Composite panel is made with pre-painted roller coating coils, the coating is smooth and color is consistent, while aluminium solid panel is powder coated with a rough surface and color deviation within one batch might be more obvious.
3. Lots of color to make it easy to design a good looking building facade.
4. Easy to fabricate and install at job site, it can be cut and drill, grooved, bent, no need to pre-fabricated at manufacturer's mill.
5. Fireproof. FR B1 is becoming more and more commonly used, and FR A2 grade is created to meet some building which requires a much higher fire safety demand.
