Copper rod cutting method

In addition, the above-mentioned recommended working fluid can improve chip removal in the kerf because of its better electrolytic property and wider kerf. At the same time, a higher wire speed is used to facilitate chip removal.
(2) Pay attention to the direction of card installation. The shortest side of the cutting route should be clamped in the third limit, that is, the negative X direction, so that the molybdenum wire should go in the negative X direction as little as possible, which can reduce the probability of broken wires.
