Product Description:
Tilt and turn window is one kind of casement window. Tilt and turn include 2 opening modes. The first one is inward swing. Just like the traditional casement window, the entire sash opens inwards. This allows for maximum ventilation and convenient for cleaning of the outside of the window. The other one is inward tilt. The top of the sash opens inwards at an angle (usually around 10-15 degrees), while the bottom remains stationary. This is its most distinctive feature.
There are 2 main advantages of tilt and turn window: Rainproof, the opening is located at the top of the sash, making it difficult for rain to enter the room, and ventilation is maintained even when it rains.
