In the workshop,it has 10 large and small injection molding machines tanging from 80T to 2000T,which can inject PC,PMMA,PA,PE,PVC,AS,PP and other engineering plastic and can produce automotive plastic parts.
We have our Professional production technology for the radiator parts.Have prodessional worker.Before we produce the tank,first,we will set the temperature&time.&Mold.After the QC people check the first tank that can reach to the standard,then star to produce.We are in good quality control.
Be note that after from the inject machine, the plastic still not finished
We will put the plastic tank into the water pool,after 48 hours in the water,then send to the warehouse.
