Features:

1. Full Aluminum Encapsulation – The steel base is completely surrounded by an aluminum jacket with no exposed gaps, eliminating any path for rust initiation.

2. Controlled Cladding Thickness – The aluminum layer is held to tight dimensional tolerances, ensuring consistent electrical and mechanical behavior across long wire lengths.

3. High Tensile Strength Retention – Despite the soft aluminum outer layer, the underlying steel retains over 95% of its original breaking load capability.

4. Smooth Surface Finish – The drawn cladding leaves a clean, uniform exterior that promotes even stranding and reduces friction during cable lay-up.

5. Thermal Stability – The aluminum-steel interface withstands elevated temperatures during fault current events without delamination or intermetallic cracking.
