This aerial bundled cable (ABC) is manufactured with aluminium conductors insulated with XLPE, PVC, or PE, designed for low‑voltage overhead distribution at 0.6/1kV. The conductor material is available as AAC (All Aluminium Conductor) or AAAC (All Aluminium Alloy Conductor), allowing selection based on mechanical strength and conductivity requirements. Insulation options include XLPE for high thermal endurance, PVC for general‑purpose cost‑effectiveness, or PE for moisture‑resistant applications. The bundled construction eliminates the need for separate phase spacers and reduces installation time, making it suitable for urban and rural overhead networks.

    Used to supply 3 phase power, usually from a pole- mounted transformer, to the user's service head where connection to the service entrance cable is made. To be used at voltages of 600 volts or less phase to phase and at conductor temperatures not to exceed 75°C for polyethylene insulated conductors or 90°C for crosslinked polyethylene (XLP) insulated conductors.
Construction
    Conductors are concentrically stranded, compressed 1350-H19 aluminum. Insulated with either polyethylene or XLP crosslinked polyethylene. Neutral messengers are concentrically stranded AAC/AAAC/ACSR. One conductor is manufactured with an extruded ridge for phase identification.

• 0.6/1kV Voltage Rating – Designed for low‑voltage distribution networks, compatible with standard transformers, cut‑outs, and service connection hardware.

• Weather‑Resistant Insulation Compounds – All insulation materials incorporate UV stabilisers and moisture‑resistant additives, supporting long‑term outdoor exposure on overhead pole lines.
