The XC (P) 200 type rotary degassing and fluxing equipment is a crucial tool for the aluminum industry, designed to effectively remove impurities from molten aluminum. This equipment is driven by a motor that rotates a graphite rotor within the molten aluminum crucible or ladle.
As it rotates, the equipment inputs high-purity nitrogen or argon, along with a fluxing agent, into the molten aluminum. These components react to the rotation of the graphite rotor and work together to degas, remove slag and refine the molten aluminum to a specified quality.

The equipment can effectively remove gases like hydrogen and oxides from molten aluminum, offering a combination of advantages from gas refining and flux-refining. Injecting the equipment into the rotation will reduce hydrogen concentration in molten aluminum alloys lower than 0.1ml/100g, level up the pinhole degree to level 1, bring down the density to less than 1, and accomplish a stable effect.
Through proper flux refining, there is less dross on the melt surface with low metal loss. Dross becomes loose and encases the metal rarely during slag removal. Refining agent consumption is low and stable feeding is ensured.
The equipment comes equipped with anti-falling mechanism, refining agent material level measuring, and air channel leakage detector. Multiple technological processes can be executed by using different functions of fluxes, providing high-efficiency modification, degassing, and slag removal.
The rotor bearing is high-temperature bearing and doesn't need to be air-cooled. The spindle can work without stop at a high temperature of 200°C. Armed with automatic operation, site working conditions are significantly improved.
