◆ The temperature of the furnace and molten aluminum is controlled by a series loop to ensure sufficient heating efficiency and prevent the furnace from overheating.
◆ The thermocouple protection tube of molten aluminum is made of silic on nitride material, which has good thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance of molten aluminum, thermal shock resistance and high strength. The tube can be dipped directly into molten aluminum to measure its temperature. Its service life is more than 2 years.
◆ Adopt multiple safety protection methods such as aluminum liquid over-temperature alarm, furnace cavity over-temperature alarm, crucible leakage alarm, etc.
