Product Application
Z clips are the easiest way to hang wall panels, acoustical panels, elevator panels, cabinets, signage, displays, frames, partitions, artwork, and so much more. Eagle Mouldings' aluminum z clips are an easy, fast, and cost-effective method to hang, fasten and secure wall hanging systems. Thickness 2mm, customized length and holes. The Z bar max length is 1.5 meter.
Main Features

4) EASY TO INSTALL: French cleats are supplied with 2x .20'' punched holes for fast mounting.
How do z clips work? To use a z clip, simply mount it to the product you want to hang and mount another z clip or a full-length z bar to the wall. Both of the pieces will clip and interlock together for maximum strength and security.
Quick and straightforward to mount, simply mark up the wall position required, then drill holes and attach one French cleat to the wall through the pre-punched holes. Add another clip to the back of the fixture you are hanging, then slide and lock the 2 Zclips together. To remove, just reverse the process and lift to release the fastener clip.
Not only do these mounting brackets make it quicker and easier to finish your installation, they are also a popular contemporary choice. Designed to be completely hidden once the mounting process is completed, the French cleats are ideal for hanging pictures, mirrors and other fixtures flush against the wall, left visible for a clean and modern feel.
