Kshine provides customized aluminum maintenance walkways and access platforms for photovoltaic installations, providing safe access for solar panel inspection, cleaning and routine maintenance. The expanded aluminum mesh surface offers an open, anti-slip walking structure with good drainage, while the aluminum extrusion support frame provides lightweight and corrosion-resistant structural support.
The walkway system can include expanded metal panels, aluminum profile frames, stairs, handrails, connecting brackets and mounting hardware according to project requirements. Mesh pattern, walkway width, platform length, support spacing, stair structure and handrail layout can all be customized according to customer drawings or rooftop PV layouts.
Manufacturing services include aluminum profile cutting, expanded mesh fabrication, drilling, CNC machining, surface finishing and mechanical assembly. Kshine supports OEM and ODM production for commercial rooftop PV systems, industrial solar installations, photovoltaic maintenance platforms and other outdoor access applications.
