Kshine provides customized AL6005-T5 aluminum triangle mounting brackets for photovoltaic systems installed on flat roofs, ground structures and solar carports. The triangular support structure provides stable panel positioning while allowing the installation angle to be adjusted according to project location, solar module size and sunlight requirements.
The bracket can be manufactured through aluminum extrusion, precision cutting, punching, drilling, CNC machining and anodizing, with stainless steel bolts and connection hardware available for complete assembly. Bracket length, hole positions, profile dimensions, tilt angle and mounting interface can all be customized according to customer drawings or solar project requirements.
Natural silver or black anodized finishes are available for outdoor applications. Kshine supports OEM and ODM manufacturing from aluminum extrusion and machining to surface treatment and complete bracket assembly for residential, commercial and industrial photovoltaic projects.
