Kshine provides customized 6063-T5 extruded aluminum frames for photovoltaic solar modules used in residential, commercial and utility-scale solar energy systems. The aluminum frame provides lightweight structural support, protects the edges of the glass and solar module, and offers good corrosion resistance for long-term outdoor applications.
Frame height, profile cross-section, module groove, mounting holes, drainage holes and overall dimensions can be customized according to customer drawings and solar module specifications. Manufacturing services include aluminum extrusion, precision cutting, 45-degree cutting, punching, drilling, CNC machining, anodizing and frame assembly.
Silver and black anodized finishes are available for different photovoltaic module designs. Kshine supports OEM and ODM production from extrusion and machining to surface finishing and complete frame assembly for rooftop PV systems, ground-mounted solar farms, solar carports and other photovoltaic applications.
