Kshine provides customized AL6005-T5 aluminum L foot mounting brackets for photovoltaic systems installed on corrugated, trapezoidal and other metal roofs. The L-shaped bracket creates a stable connection between the roof structure and aluminum mounting rail, while the slotted mounting design allows flexible positioning and height adjustment during installation.
The aluminum bracket can be manufactured through extrusion, precision cutting, slot milling, drilling, CNC machining and anodizing, with SUS304 stainless steel bolts, self-drilling screws and waterproof EPDM pads available as matching components. Bracket height, base width, slot position, profile thickness and mounting interface can be customized according to different roof structures and solar rail systems.
Natural silver and black anodized finishes are available for outdoor photovoltaic applications. Kshine supports OEM and ODM production according to customer drawings or samples, including aluminum extrusion, machining, surface finishing and complete solar mounting accessory assembly.
