Custom 6063-T6 Extruded Aluminum E-Bike Battery Enclosure Housing for Electric Bicycle Lithium Battery Packs and Lightweight Electric Vehicles
Kshine provides customized 6063-T6 extruded aluminum battery enclosures for electric bicycles, e-bikes, cargo bikes and other lightweight electric vehicles. The aluminum housing provides a lightweight, rigid and corrosion-resistant protective structure for lithium battery cells, BMS units and internal wiring, while the extrusion design allows internal channels, mounting rails and connection features to be integrated into the profile. Cross-section, wall thickness, internal cavity, overall length, mounting grooves and end interfaces can be customized according to customer drawings or battery pack designs. Kshine provides aluminum extrusion, precision cutting, CNC milling, drilling, tapping, anodizing and component assembly, supporting OEM and ODM production from battery housing profiles to ready-to-assemble enclosure components.
