Custom 6061/7005 Aluminum Bicycle Frame Tubes for OEM Bike Frames, Top Tube, Down Tube, Seat Tube, Head Tube and Bottom Bracket Components
Kshine supplies customized aluminum bicycle frame tubes and machined frame components for OEM bicycle manufacturers, including top tubes, down tubes, seat tubes, head tubes, seat stays, chain stays and bottom bracket components. 6061 and 7005 series aluminum can be supplied according to customer drawings and heat-treatment requirements, with round, oval, tapered and customized tube sections available. Tube dimensions, wall thickness, joint allowances, mounting interfaces and cut lengths can be produced to approved drawings, with services including aluminum tube production, precision cutting, CNC machining, drilling, forming, deburring and surface finishing. Matching frame components can also be supplied for road bikes, mountain bikes, e-bikes and other custom bicycle frame projects.
