The upper tube works as a precision sliding surface through fork bushings and seals, requiring controlled outer diameter, roundness, straightness and surface condition for smooth suspension movement. Tube diameter, wall thickness, length, crown interface and end machining can be customized according to customer drawings. Manufacturing services include precision tube preparation, cutting, CNC end machining, drilling, deburring, polishing and hard anodizing, with black, natural and customized surface finishes available for OEM and ODM suspension fork projects.
