Custom 6061-T6 / 7075-T6 Aluminum Bicycle Crank Arm and Spindle Blanks for OEM MTB, Road and E-Bike Crankset Components
Kshine supplies customized 6061-T6 aluminum crank arm blanks and 7075-T6 aluminum spindle blanks for OEM bicycle drivetrain components used in MTB, road, gravel and e-bike applications. Crank arm length, pedal thread area, spindle diameter, spline or press-fit interface, bearing-seat geometry and machining allowance can be customized according to customer drawings. Supply options include aluminum stock, cut blanks and CNC-machined components, with precision cutting, milling, drilling, boring, threading, deburring, sandblasting and anodizing available according to project requirements. Material grade, temper, interface dimensions and inspection requirements are confirmed separately for each crank arm or spindle design.
