The lightweight tubular structure is suitable for multi-section telescopic pole designs, with outer diameter, wall thickness, shaft length, nested tube clearance, locking zones and grip or tip interfaces customized according to customer drawings. Manufacturing services include aluminum tube extrusion, precision cutting, CNC machining, drilling, deburring and anodizing, with optional tapering and additional end processing subject to project review. Kshine supports OEM and ODM production of aluminum shaft tubes, cut-to-length pole sections and precision-machined components for outdoor equipment manufacturers.
