Product description:
Chrysotile Fiber Cement board is a new type of fireproof building energy-saving material which is formed by pulping, forming barrel forming, cutting, pressurizing and curing natural fiber and cement as basic raw materials. It belongs to a new generation of "green" building materials, with unique environmental protection functions on the basis of excellent moisture and fire resistance. It is a new type of building material produced by siliceous and calcareous materials as the main base material, cellulose fiber reinforced material, mixed with other auxiliary materials, formed by the flow method and copying method, and high-pressure curing. It has the advantages of light weight, high strength, waterproof, anti-corrosion, Class A fire protection, large format, good processability, strong hanging power, sound insulation and heat insulation, and improved construction efficiency. It is widely used in civil and industrial buildings. It can be used for building floor panels, interior wall panels, exterior wall panels, ceiling panels, wall lining panels, composite wall panels, insulation materials, roofing and other parts.
Features:
(1) Fireproof insulation: non-combustible A-grade material, the board will not burn when a fire occurs, and no toxic smoke will be produced; the conductivity is low, and it is an ideal insulation material.
(2) Waterproof and moisture-proof: In a semi-open air and high humidity environment, it can still maintain stable performance without sinking or deforming.
(3) Sound insulation: low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation performance, high product density and good sound insulation.
(4) Light weight and high strength: The sheet pressurized by a 7000-ton flat hydraulic press has high strength and is not easy to deform and warp; it is small in weight and suitable for roofing and partitioning.
