Trackless Wire Cable Winch Casting Machine
Product introduction
1. This casting machine adopts stainless steel wire angle structure. The complete supply package includes angle devices (including rollers, gear reducers, wheel assemblies, wire ropes and other supporting components), zinc, well supports, tilting devices, hydraulic cylinder assemblies, hydraulic power plants and electric control systems.
The maximum working distance for the winch is more than 12 meters. It is designed to have a single roller matching four steel wires. The equipment roll is made of Φ219 seamless steel pipe with a weight thickness of 30 mm by mounting welding and precision machining. A special polygonal steel wire with a length of 100 m Φ16mm is equipped for lifting, and all fasteners for adjusting the length of steel wire are equipped with stainless steel bolts. The casting machine can withstand a maximum load of 18 tons under high water conditions. The associated motor has a rated power of 5.5 kW, the sprocket reduces the middle by 200 mm and the gear reduces the middle by 500 mm.
The well closure frame is made of 250 × 100 × 10 square steel tubes and 25mm thick steel plates. The angle's four main wheel sets are integrated into a well runway frame and are all designed with type 6210 double bearings. Skånebase and skåne arm components are fixed to the frame construction. A 5-inch water inlet is securely mounted on the well frame for cooling the waterway.
