Product introduction
The non‑aluminum‑adhering launder serves as key transfer equipment in aluminum billet casting, responsible for smooth delivery of high‑temperature molten aluminum from holding furnace to hot‑top casting water tray. Its inner surface is coated with advanced anti‑adhesion refractory material, effectively preventing molten aluminum from sticking, buildup and slag bonding even under long‑term exposure to 700‑800℃ molten aluminum.
Optimized internal flow geometry stabilizes liquid‑metal flow, reduces turbulence, avoids secondary oxidation and entrainment of slag inclusions, safeguarding molten‑aluminum purity.
