Product introduction
The homogenizing furnace is used for grain refinement of aluminum rods and the elimination of casting structural stress. It incorporates a high-temperature axial fan and a low-nitrogen gas burner, meeting the requirements of rapid temperature rise, heat preservation, and temperature uniformity in the production process. The cooling chamber is equipped with multiple high-volume cooling fans and a water mist cooling system, providing rapid cooling capability and enabling cooling control of the homogenized aluminum rods within the specified cooling process range.
Introduction to process flow
Loading of storage table: The sawed aluminum cast rods are lifted by the overhead crane to the storage table, and each layer of materials is separated by a material rack according to requirements.
Homogenization process: Start the three-dimensional composite material trolley, lift the aluminum rods to be homogenized from the storage platform, transport them to the entrance of the homogenization furnace, open the furnace door to the upper limit safety pin, unlock and lock the furnace door, execute the automatic rail alignment program and after completion, the trolley drives the material along the track inside the furnace to the homogenization furnace, the hydraulic system works to place the material onto the material support in the furnace, the trolley returns along the track, starts heating, and automatically controls the temperature for soaking treatment according to the predetermined soaking process.
Cooling process: After the homogenization process is completed, the furnace door is opened, and the three-dimensional composite material trolley enters the furnace. The hydraulic system operates to lift the material, and the trolley retreats to the front of the furnace. The material is then transferred to the cooling chamber by the larger trolley. The cooling fan is started to rapidly cool and reduce the temperature of the aluminum ingots according to the set process. If necessary, water mist cooling can be performed simultaneously.
Unloading: After the cooling process is completed, the aluminum rods are transported to the storage platform by a three-dimensional composite material cart for unloading.
