A-grade fireproof aluminum wall panel, lightweight and quick-release structure, zero formaldehyde, suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1. Fluorocarbon coating process
- Three coats and two bakes (primer, topcoat, varnish) with a total coating thickness of ≥ 40μm in accordance with AAMA 2605*.
- PVDF fluorocarbon resin accounts for ≥70%, and has UV resistance and weather resistance for more than 20 years.

2. Substrate requirements

- Made of high-quality 3003/5005 aluminum alloy, the thickness is strictly controlled at 2.5±0.1mm to ensure strength and flatness.
- Plates need to be degreased and chromed to enhance surface adhesion and corrosion resistance.

3. Surface effect
- Optional matte/metallic gloss, color support RAL/Pantone color card customization, color difference ΔE≤1.0.
- Additional imitation stone/wood grain transfer process to meet high-end decoration needs.

4. Performance advantages
- Weather resistance: -40°C~80°C without cracking and pulverization, passed the 3000 hours salt spray test.
- Self-cleaning: low surface energy, can be cleaned by rain, reducing maintenance costs.

5. Installation adaptability
- Pre-installed stiffeners and buckle grooves, suitable for dry hanging system, wind pressure resistance ≥ 9kPa (12 wind levels).

Installation principle:

1. Keel support: A light steel or aluminum alloy keel frame is used to ensure the overall structural stability and load-bearing needs.
2. Dry hanging system: Connected with the keel through metal pendants, it realizes welding-free installation and reduces the risk of thermal deformation.
3. Floating design: Expansion joints (5-8mm) are reserved between plates to adapt to thermal expansion and contraction, avoiding deformation and cracking.
4. Three-dimensional adjustable: the pendant can be adjusted horizontally, longitudinally and forward and backward to ensure the flatness of the curtain wall (error ≤ 2mm).
5. Sealing and waterproofing: The seams are filled with weather-resistant glue and waterproof rubber strips are installed to eliminate leakage hazards.
6. Modular assembly: Unit-type pre-assembled boards, directly hoisted on site, improving efficiency and reducing labor costs.
