Remark: 

1.Alloy 5005 is similar to alloy 3003 in that it has moderate strength and good corrosion resistance. 5005 aluminum alloy is used as conductor, cooker, instrument panel, shell and architectural decoration. The anodized film is brighter than the oxide film on alloy 3003 and harmonizes with the hue of alloy 6063.

2.5005 Aluminum and its alloys are easily corroded and oxidized in the atmosphere. Usually, its products are finished to improve performance. The traditional method mainly adopts chemical oxidation and DC anodizing treatment. The traditional method has many defects, such as rough surface, soft quality, low hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and poor insulation and adiabatic property. The film structure of pulsed anodized aluminum and its aluminum alloy has the advantages of uniform compact, high purity and low porosity.
