This hexagonal aluminum foil burger paper is a composite of 8011/8079 food-grade aluminum foil and 25-40gsm food paper, featuring a unique hexagonal honeycomb structure with multiple superior performances.
It delivers outstanding heat preservation and insulation. The honeycomb design traps air to form an effective thermal barrier, keeping food hot for longer and protecting hands from scalds. The foil layer blocks light, oxygen and peculiar smells to retain original flavor, while the paper layer resists oil leakage and absorbs excess moisture, preventing bread from getting soggy.
The three-dimensional structure strengthens toughness, making the paper stiff and not easy to tear during wrapping. Custom printing is available for brand promotion. Besides, both paper and aluminum foil are recyclable, fully complying with environmental requirements for fast food packaging.
