Our Lithium Battery Aluminum Foil Roll is manufactured from 1060, 1070 and 1235 alloys in high-strength H18 temper, specially engineered as the cathode current collector for lithium-ion batteries. The foil combines high electrical conductivity with low internal resistance, ensuring efficient electron collection and stable charge-discharge cycles for power batteries, energy storage cells and consumer electronics.

Micron-Level Precision: Mainstream thickness of battery foil is 8-20 μm and keeps moving toward below 8 μm. Our foil thickness tolerance is controlled within ±0.1 μm by precision rolling with automatic gauge control, delivering uniform gauge that raises cell energy density and batch-to-batch consistency while keeping coating machines running without tearing or wrinkling.

High Strength: Tensile strength reaches 190-280 MPa and can exceed 300 MPa on request. The high-strength temper prevents stretching, wrinkling and edge cracking during high-speed coating, slitting and cell winding, allowing battery makers to use thinner current collectors without sacrificing mechanical reliability.

Surface and Adhesion: Surface energy is 32 mN/m minimum (dyne level 32+), giving high wettability so cathode slurry bonds firmly and uniformly onto the foil without peeling or powder shedding during coating and rolling.

Extreme Cleanliness: The surface is ultra clean with zero tolerance for pitting, scratches or oil stains; no pitting larger than 1 mm in diameter is allowed. Combined with strict pinhole and residual oil control, the foil provides a stable base for high-quality electrode coating.
