| High-Performance Aluminum Discs, Well-Made Made from premium 1050, 1060, 1100, and 3003 aluminum alloys, our aluminum discs meet the stringent requirements of cookware manufacturing and lightweight structural applications. With a focus on material purity, dimensional accuracy, and sustainable production, these discs are supplied to OEMs and manufacturers worldwide.
1050/1060/1100 alloys: More than 99.5% pure aluminum with excellent formability and corrosion resistance, ideal for deep-drawn cookware (pots, lids) and decorative parts. 3003 alloy: Manganese-reinforced (1.0–1.5% Mn), 25% stronger than pure aluminum, ideal for lightweight automotive housings and heat-resistant bakeware. Thicknesses and Diameters: Ranges from 0.4mm–6.5mm (±0.05mm tolerance) and 80mm–1,000mm (±0.1mm), suitable for automated stamping and CNC machining.
