Amino acid 80 powder is obtained from soybean meal by sulfuric acid hydrolysis. It contains free amino acid 75%-80%, and nitrogen 13%. Good water solubility makes amino acid 80 powder could do formulation with any other fertilizers.

For free amino acid 80% is produced with more process works, that we need first use high pressure and high temperature equipments to make 15~17% amino liquid into 35%(±2%). in general, 3 Mt 15~17% liquid could be pressed into 35% liquid;plus this step also has cost T with some general cost plus.
Then we comes to the spray drying, similarly, 5 Mt liquid into 1 Mt total free powder. also, in this step also has T cost and some losses of the nutrients.

The amount used for fertilizer could be reduced when mixed with chemical fertilizer, the usage rate can be improved;
Irrigation and foliar spray are recommended for use;
Dilution rates: Foliar spray: 1: 800-1000; Irrigation: 1: 600-800.
