1. High temperature sterilization and maturation

2. Fully automatic enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation process
After sterilization of raw materials, the entire process is automatically monitored and controlled through processes such as constant temperature, humidity, deep fermentation, and enzymatic hydrolysis, ensuring the reproduction, growth, and decomposition of bacterial strains during the fermentation process, promoting small peptides, complex enzymes, and antimicrobial peptides γ- Accumulation of metabolites such as aminobutyric acid, food inducing factors, and other unknown growth factors.
3. Low temperature drying process
Adopting low-temperature drying technology, the entire process temperature is controlled within 65 ℃ to ensure the maximum number of beneficial microorganisms and the activity of metabolic products in the fermentation product.
