Product Description

 

The product is a fastener widely used in building decoration, home installation, and light industrial assembly. It is mainly composed of a high-strength nylon expansion tube with external spiral threads and a matching zinc-plated steel screw. The fixing principle is based on a screw-driven expansion mechanism: when the screw is driven into the nylon tube with a screwdriver, the spiral threads force the tube body to expand radially, tightly squeezing the inner wall of the borehole. The enormous friction and mechanical interlock generated by this expansion form a self-locking effect between the fastener and the substrate such as gypsum board, plasterboard, and hollow wall, achieving a stable and reliable fixation effect. The spiral thread design also increases the contact area with the wall, further enhancing tensile strength and pull-out resistance.
