The product is a fastener widely used in the fields of building decoration, home installation, and industrial assembly. It is mainly composed of nylon expansion tube and matching screws, which use the elasticity and friction of the material to achieve firm anchoring. Its fixed principle is based on the "wedge-shaped expansion" mechanism. When the screw is screwed into the nylon expansion tube, it forces the tail of the expansion tube to open or expand radially as a whole, thereby tightly squeezing the inner wall of the borehole.
The enormous friction and mechanical biting force generated by this expansion form a self-locking effect between the fastener and the substrate (such as concrete or brick walls), achieving a stable fixation effect.
