Compact Winged Nylon Expansion Anchor Small Diameter Barb Lock Sleeve Plug for Confined Space Precision Wall Fixing
The Compact Winged Nylon Expansion Anchor is designed for precision anchoring in confined spaces where standard 8-10mm anchors are too large. With slim 5mm and 6mm diameters, the compact body fits into tight corners, thin panel edges, and narrow fixture mounting holes without splitting the substrate or protruding beyond the fixture footprint.
Despite its small size, the compact anchor retains the full winged barb lock mechanism. A micro-wing deploys as the screw is driven in, creating a positive mechanical interlock that prevents rotation and pull-back in light-duty applications. The smooth tapered nose guides the small anchor cleanly into precision-drilled holes without catching or misalignment.
The pre-alignment collar accepts 2 pre-turns of the small screw, enabling single-unit handling for delicate installation work. Molded from high-toughness nylon PA6, the compact body maintains excellent tensile strength even in thin-wall sections. The material is rust-proof and acid-alkali resistant for reliable performance in any environment.
