Economy Bulk PE Winged Plastic Expansion Anchor Value Pack Barb Lock Sleeve Plug for High Volume Construction Fixing
The Economy Bulk PE Winged Plastic Expansion Anchor is a cost-optimized polyethylene anchor designed for high-volume construction and wholesale distribution where reliable winged barb lock performance at the lowest possible unit cost is the priority. Molded from durable virgin PE with the same winged barb geometry as premium nylon anchors, the economy version delivers consistent anti-rotation and anti-pullback performance at a substantially lower price point.
The side wing deploys on screw driving to form a barb lock against the borehole wall, preventing anchor rotation and pull-back in light to medium duty applications. The smooth tapered nose guides the PE anchor cleanly into the drill hole for hammer-set insertion. The pre-alignment collar accepts 2-3 pre-turns of the screw for single-unit handling.
The PE material provides good toughness and tensile strength for the target application range, is completely rust-free, and resists acid and alkali degradation. The production output of 10 million pieces per month supports large-scale residential and commercial construction projects, wholesale distribution, and bulk container export orders.
