Standard Winged Nylon Expansion Anchor Plastic Sleeve Plug for Concrete Brick Solid Wall Fixing
The Standard Winged Nylon Expansion Anchor features a smooth tapered nose cone that guides the sleeve cleanly into the pre-drilled hole during hammer insertion, eliminating the risk of body splitting or collar flaring. The collapsible wing tab molded into one side of the sleeve body deploys outward when the screw is driven in, creating a positive mechanical barb that locks the anchor against rotation and pull-back.
The anchor collar accepts 2-3 pre-turns of the screw before insertion, allowing the installer to align screw and anchor as a single assembly for faster batch installation. After hammering the anchor flush, the screw is driven home with a standard screwdriver or power driver. The wing deploys progressively as the screw advances, forming a barb that prevents the two most common failure modes of plastic expansion anchors: rotation during screw tightening and gradual pull-back under sustained load.
Molded from high-toughness nylon PA6, the anchor delivers excellent tensile strength and impact resistance. The material is permanently rust-free and resists acid and alkali chemical degradation, ensuring reliable long-term performance in bathrooms, kitchens, outdoor, and coastal environments.
