Heavy Duty Winged Nylon Expansion Anchor Reinforced Barb Lock Sleeve Plug for High Load Solid Concrete Wall Fixing
The Heavy-Duty Winged Nylon Expansion Anchor is engineered with a reinforced sleeve body and enlarged side wing for high-load anchoring in solid concrete, dense brick, and stone. The sleeve wall is 30% thicker than standard winged anchors, providing greater expansion force and deformation resistance under high screw torque. The enlarged wing features a deeper barb profile that deploys further into the borehole wall for superior mechanical interlock under heavy sustained loads and vibration.
The smooth tapered nose cone guides the thicker sleeve cleanly into the hole during hammer insertion. The pre-alignment collar accepts 2-3 pre-turns of the screw for single-unit insertion. After hammering flush, drive the screw with an impact driver or manual screwdriver on high torque. The wing deploys progressively, locking the anchor against rotation and pull-back even under maximum load conditions.
Molded from high-toughness nylon PA6 with enhanced impact modifiers, the reinforced sleeve delivers superior tensile strength and fatigue resistance. The material is permanently rust-free and resists acid and alkali chemical degradation for demanding industrial, outdoor, and high-humidity environments.
select the correct drill bit matching the anchor diameter → drill hole and thoroughly clean out dust → pre-thread the screw 2-3 turns into the anchor collar for alignment → insert the tapered tip into the hole and hammer the anchor flush with the wall surface → drive the screw clockwise to tighten; the screw advances through the anchor body, expanding it radially against the borehole wall → side wings deploy outward forming a barb lock that prevents rotation and pull-back
