The Zinc Nail Nylon Sleeve Hammer-Set Plastic Expansion Anchor is upgraded with a hot-dip zinc-plated steel nail for superior corrosion resistance, making it the recommended choice for exterior and outdoor anchoring applications where exposure to rain, humidity, and temperature fluctuations can cause standard steel nails to rust and stain surrounding surfaces. The weather-resistant nylon PA6 sleeve combined with the zinc-plated nail provides a complete corrosion-resistant anchoring system for exterior wall fixtures.
Designed for outdoor fence bracket mounting, gate hinge anchoring, facade fixture installation, exterior light fixing, rainwater downpipe bracket attachment, and any application where the anchor will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions. Available in 8 mm, 10 mm, and 12 mm diameters with lengths from 40 mm to 100 mm, it provides reliable exterior anchoring with long-term corrosion protection. Manufactured to ISO 9001:2015 standards with additional quality checks on zinc plating thickness and adhesion.
