The anchor body is precision-molded from moisture-resistant nylon PA6, while the expansion screw features a hot-dip galvanized (HDG) coating rated for 48-hour salt spray resistance, providing long-term corrosion protection in exterior applications including balcony soffits, covered parking areas, and semi-outdoor commercial ceiling systems. The square head design maintains reliable anti-camout performance during diagonal tightening even in challenging overhead installation positions. Installation follows the standard four-step furring channel anchor procedure: drill a matching hole in the concrete or brick substrate using a hammer drill, thoroughly clean borehole dust for maximum expansion contact, vertically hammer the nylon anchor flush with the substrate surface, and diagonally tighten the galvanized screw to engage the split-body expansion mechanism for a secure corrosion-resistant anchor point.
