Product Description
The Wide Span Nylon Butterfly Anchor is specifically designed for aerated concrete block, lightweight cavity wall, and other porous hollow building materials where standard toggle wings have insufficient surface contact area. The anchor features oversized toggle wings with an expanded span that distributes holding force across a larger area of the porous cavity wall backing surface, preventing the toggle from pulling through or crushing the friable substrate material. The nylon PA6 toggle body with integrated wide-span wings is manufactured as a single injection-molded component, eliminating metal-to-plastic joint failure points.
