Product Description
This PA6 Nylon Hollow Wall Wing Expanding Plug is a heavy-duty kitchen-specific fastening solution for wall-mounted kitchen cabinets, cupboards, and overhead storage units on hollow brick, aerated concrete, and plasterboard substrates. Each anchor includes a 10mm diameter PA6 nylon expanding wing plug pre-matched with an M6 x 60mm zinc-plated self-tapping screw, providing robust anchoring capacity for kitchen wall unit installations.
The installation follows the proven hollow wall anchoring principle: drill a 10mm hole at each cabinet mounting bracket position, insert the nylon plug until the flange is flush with the wall surface, position the kitchen cabinet wall bracket, and drive the M6 screw through the bracket into the plug. As the screw advances, the nylon body compresses and triggers the internal folding wings to spread outward behind the hollow wall cavity.
