What is the recommended white ink maintenance routine for this 1000ml UV DTF ink?
White ink requires daily agitation to prevent titanium dioxide pigment settling. If your printer lacks automatic white circulation, manually shake the white bottle for 30 seconds at the start of each production day and perform a nozzle check before printing. For printers idle longer than 48 hours, run a cleaning cycle before production to clear any settled pigment from ink lines.
