This UV DTF ink is available in 100ml, 500ml, and 1000ml bottles. The 100ml size is perfect for sampling and small-batch custom orders. 500ml suits regular daily DTF production. 1000ml is recommended for high-volume shops to reduce bottle replacement frequency and lower per-ml cost.
Why use UV DTF-specific ink instead of standard UV ink for DTF printing?
UV DTF ink is formulated with optimized flexibility to prevent cracking when transfers are applied to curved or flexible surfaces. Standard UV ink may be too rigid after curing, leading to edge lifting or cracking on garments, mugs, and uneven substrates. DTF-specific ink maintains adhesion and pliability after transfer.

Yes, this ink is tested and calibrated for I1600, I3200, and XP600 printhead platforms. The formulation's viscosity range (8–12 cP at 25°C) falls within the operating parameters of all three printhead types, ensuring reliable jetting and minimal nozzle clogging across the supported range.
How does the CMYKW+V ink set improve DTF transfer quality?
The White channel provides opacity for printing on dark and colored surfaces, eliminating the washed-out look of CMYK-only transfers. The Vanish channel adds a protective gloss layer and can create embossed 3D effects. Together they expand your printable substrate range and enhance the premium feel of finished transfers.
What is the recommended ink limit and curing time for this DTF ink?
We recommend 80–120% total ink limit with the white underbase at 60–80%. UV curing at medium lamp intensity with 2–4 passes typically achieves full cure. For optimal adhesion, allow transfers to rest for 2 hours after application before washing or heavy handling.
